How To Get an Awesome Tan!

-I recommend you start in spring, that way you get an early start on your base tan.-
1. Always put on sunscreen, use at least SPF 15.
2. When your first starting you should layout out for about 15-20 minutes on each side. Only do 15 minutes if you burn easily.
3. After doing this for about a week, you can tan for about 20 minutes on each side. Still use sunscreen.
4. When you get to your desired amount of tan, start to tan every other day!
In the sun all day?
1. Definitely wear a high SPF sunscreen if your going to be in the sun all day. You are far more likely to burn if you will be outside all day, especially, if you haven't tanned.
