Treating Hair Breakage

Hair Breakage:

Everyone one wants their hair to look lushis and healthy, but how can we do that when it is constantly breaking?

If you are like many women out there and are constantly applying chemicals treatments (dying, perming etc), brushing or combing often, applying heat, scratching your head or even staying in the sun for to long you more than likely experience hair breakage.Ok so obviously you need to minimize all the above factors as much as possible to improve your hair, but there is more!

1. Products that contain silicones (such as dimethicone) are great because they coat your hair and help prevent tangling.

2. Attempt to not brush your hair while it is wet. That is one of its most week points. If you must use a wide tooth comb.

3. Use weekly deep conditioner treatments to help your hair... even better - go for natural ones.

4. If you scratch your scalp use an anti dandruff shampoo.

5. Most importantly eat healthy!
